This policy explains how SwissME Relocations collects, uses and protects the personal data of people who contact us or use this website. We keep the amount of data we collect to a minimum, and we treat it with the same discretion we bring to everything else.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is MySource Sàrl, Rue des Fontenailles 13, 1007 Lausanne, Switzerland. If you have any question about your data, or wish to exercise your rights, you can reach us at swissme2021@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you complete the contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, your email address, where you are relocating from, and the details of your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in its server logs, for security and reliability.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, to understand how we can help, and to manage our relationship with you if we go on to work together. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on your consent in submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share your data only where it is necessary to help you, and with your knowledge:
- The professionals in our network (such as banks, lawyers, tax counsel, fiduciaries and family offices), only where relevant to your relocation, and only as needed to assist you.
- Web3Forms, the service that delivers your form submission to our inbox. Your form data passes through it for that purpose. See web3forms.com for their privacy terms.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and may process technical data as described above.
Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards apply to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of that relationship and any period we are legally required to retain records. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. You may also withdraw any consent you have given. To do any of these, write to us at swissme2021@gmail.com.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or, if you are in the EU, your local data protection authority.
